The Whale Shark Fall Cleanup Package is all your yard needs to get it ready for the long winter hibernation.

Leaf Hand Rake

LandSharx Lawn Care crews will hand rake and remove all fallen leaves from your property ensuring that dead foliage does not end up under the snow in the winter where it will rot and provide the breeding ground for potential disease or pests to winter over under the snow.

Core Aeration

In addition to rake, hand rake the core aeration in fall will loosen the thatch and provide more access to root system making sure that moisture from melting snow will reach roots better in the early spring. Core aeration is generally recommended as a good practice early in the spring and late in the fall (twice a year).

Lawn Cut & Trim

Giving your lawn one final cut and trim will reduce the amount of dead vegetation in the winter therefore further reducing the likelihood of disease or pest infestation. Furthermore by trimming your lawn properly in the fall, there will be less debris and dead grass to remove in the spring promoting earlier and better growth of your lawn next year.

Fertilizer

Fertilizer application for your lawn is recommended as a part of your fall cleanup package but is not included with the package as many of our clients already have the monthly fertilizer program in place that includes late fall fertilizer application. If you need the fall fertilizer application added to your fall cleanup regime, it can be purchased as a separate add-on to your fall cleaning package.

Property Cleanup

A job is not done until every detail has been taken care of. Cleaning after ourselves and removing grass clippings and other debris as well as sweeping of sidewalks and other areas where we have worked, is included in the package price. We will leave your property spotless and ready for spring and summer season.
